A bright, pale golden colour with a complex nose of citrus, white flowers and hints of vanilla. Rich and full on the palate with melon, tropical fruits and a streak of minerality.

3. Sancerre, Domaine Daulny, Etienne Daulny
France, Loire
A wine that will always be in fashion, made from the Sauvignon grape. It is both dry and zestful with the distinctive aroma of gooseberries.


4. Pinot Gris, Dopff & Irion
France, Alsace
A subtle wine with a very appealing fragrance, offering an excellent balance between strength, gentleness, acidity and fruit. Highly recommended.

5. Muga, Barrel fermented, Bodegas Muga

This handmade wine has great character and complexity of flavour that is made to be enjoyed by lovers of real 'Rioja' wines.

A gently off-dry Riesling that delivers fresh and juicy mandarin and peach flavours with a long mouth watering mineral finish.

7. La Giustiniana Gavi di Gavi
Italy, Piemonte
Outstanding Gavi di Gavi of remarkable character and originality.  Concentrated minerality with soft fruit and delightfully balanced acidity.



8. Conviviale Pinot Grigio
Italy, Venezie
A crisp and lively dry white, lightly aromatic with characters of peach, baked apple and lemon on the nose. Medium bodied with fresh citrus acidity and underlying orchard fruit notes. Long on the finish.


9. Winzer Krems Grüner Veltliner
Austria, Niederosterreich
Light straw colour and intense aromas of apple, lemon, whitecurrant and subtle honeysuckle hints. Fresh and Lively, almost spritzy on the tongue with stone fruit flavours, pear and lemon zest



10. Bacchus, Carr Taylor

England, Hastings

It has a wonderfully aromatic, gooseberry and lime nose and a fresh palate with hints of kiwi and crisp green apple. It is a great partner to seafood and asparagus.
